Super Mario Bros Stage 1, slightly more impossible than the last time you played it

I just watched a ridiculous modification of a Super Mario Bros stage. Watching it gave me that cringing feeling I get when I'm a little too OCD about something like stepping on every crack on a sidewalk. This is why I don't recommend watching it. Here ya go:
