Superman II
I was just watching Superman II and I noticed the oddest line. Superman has just arrived on the scene to swoop down and catch a boy who's fallen over the railing into Niagra Falls. As the crowd sees him rising up from the mist with the boy in his arms, you hear cheers and things like "what a nice man" and then "...of course he's Jewish". That second line, which comes from an old woman, sounds like the answer to a question. I went back and watched that scene to see if I could find the question or some kind of clue to why she said this, but no luck. It did make me think of the fact that the two creators of Superman were Jewish and I'm pretty sure he fought Nazis early on in the comics, and it also reminded me of the book Kavalier and Clay which I think was loosely related to the writers and story of Superman. Anyhow, I'm going to finish watching the movie and maybe some day I'll figure out if there's more to this whole Jew thing...
